Results generally last three to six weeks depending on individual hair growth cycles, skin type, and aftercare. With regular waxing you may notice finer, slower regrowth. We recommend scheduling appointments every four to six weeks for consistent smoothness.

Some discomfort is normal, especially on first treatments, but our estheticians use gentle techniques, skin preps, and high-quality wax to reduce pain. Breathing, relaxation, and post-wax cooling treatments also help. Numbing creams are available if needed.

Trim hair to about a quarter inch if necessary, exfoliate gently 48 hours prior, avoid tanning and heavy moisturizers on the day of service. Arrive clean and free of lotions to allow the wax to adhere and work effectively.

We advise pausing topical retinoids, bleaching agents, or strong acne treatments at least 5 to 7 days before waxing to reduce sensitivity and risk of skin injury. Consult with our technician or your dermatologist if uncertain about timing for safe treatment.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, and vigorous exercise for 24 hours. Wear loose clothing, apply soothing aloe or recommended post-wax oils, exfoliate gently after 48 hours, and avoid sun exposure to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs.

Many pregnant or breastfeeding clients safely receive waxing, though sensitivity can increase. Inform your technician about pregnancy and any medical concerns. We can adjust pressure, technique, and timing; avoid certain products and consult your healthcare provider if you have complications.
